Modernizing the Outpatient Clinic Facilities for Our Veterans Along the Jersey Shore
Alesia Architecture provided Project Management and Architectural Design services for the conceptual design, PFD and PRC lists, design narrative, healthcare standards and codes, IT requirements, report on site suitability, and all meeting minutes and notes from meetings with VA Brick, NJ, user-groups, and VA CFM staff.
Our conceptual design for this CBOC included: PACT design, primary care, audiology, dental, home-based primary care, mental health, ophthalmology, optometry, physical medicine and rehab, prosthetics, telehealth, women’s health (OB/GYN, ultrasound, bone density, mammography), exam and procedures rooms for each clinic area, radiology, pathology and laboratory medicine, pharmacy, multi-specialty clinic space, PACT work/support areas for staff (including conference/training rooms), police service, administrative / staff services and support (e.g., clinic management, break room, records storage, other storage), logistics service, building services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, janitorial), and public / staff spaces (e.g., covered exterior entry for drive-up and drop-off, lactation booths, lobby / reception, bistro / coffee bar, and PACT waiting areas at each clinic.)
