LincOne Federal Credit Union returned to Alesia Architecture for the design of their second branch location in Southeast Lincoln. This project involved 6,000 SF of space, including a lobby area, offices, teller line, conference room, counting room, and large employee break room.
In order to create continuity and branding between the branch’s locations, Alesia utilized many of the same exterior / interior finishes and details for this new building. Located in the lobby is a water feature that creates a natural, calming effect for visiting members. The granite used on the water feature was then incorporated throughout the credit union for continuity of design. A large display window is adjacent to the drive-up lanes, which provides visibility and adds safety. The clerestory provides an abundance of natural lighting, flooding the lobby area with daylight that is filtered throughout the offices.
