Jim Hageman

Jim has extensive experience as a project manager and architect, from planning and programming through contract administration. His responsibilities have included architectural design, master planning, programming, code reviews, production of contract drawings and specifications, interior design, estimating, quality control, construction observation, and schedule control. He has experience with many project types, including healthcare, scientific, senior living, residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, religious, military, public buildings, recreational, and educational projects.
Jim received his Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies and his Master’s in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is responsible for the management, coordination, and supervision of design teams composed of architects and engineers from all disciplines. Jim is board certified in the specialty of healthcare by the American College of Healthcare Architects. He also is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. His work experience covers 22 states and 5 countries.
